• Position includes remote team meetings, remote consults and home visits

Compensation and Benefits:

 

• 320k base salary guaranteed plus incentives
• Signing bonus
• 4 weeks paid-time-off annually

Requirements:

 

• Board certified or eligible in hospice and palliative medicine
• Licensure in CA or the ability to obtain licensure
• MD/DO degree required
