Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary : $83,000-115,000/year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign-On Bonus : Up to $15,000 available in select locations! Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
