Shift Leader – Philly Pretzel Factory (Quakertown, PA)
Philly Pretzel Factory in Quakertown is looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Shift Leader (20–30 hours per week). This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take on more responsibility, develop leadership experience, and grow within a small, team-focused business.
As a Shift Leader, you’ll work closely with management to help guide daily operations and keep the store running smoothly. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks throughout your shift, including assisting customers, twisting and baking our fresh pretzel products, and making sure the store stays clean, organized, and ready for the next rush.
Part of the role is helping support the team during your shift—keeping things organized, making sure tasks are being completed, and helping maintain a positive and productive work environment. Some shifts can be fast-paced when the store gets busy, while others allow more time for prep work, stocking, and maintaining the store. We’re looking for someone who can stay proactive and take initiative no matter the pace of the day.
One of the most important aspects of this position is the opportunity for growth. You’ll be working directly with management, learning the systems and processes that keep the business running day to day. For the right person who shows reliability, leadership ability, and a strong work ethic, this role can develop into a larger leadership position and potentially a full-time role over time.
