Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join an expanding team of imaging specialists committed to delivering top-notch care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct an array of ultrasound exams encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, providing clear and compassionate explanations of each step
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly addressing any issues
• Meticulously document procedures and uphold patient records within the electronic medical system
• Continuously update your knowledge of ultrasound imaging advancements and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
