Specific qualifications we are looking for:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of professional software development experience, with expertise in Java or Python.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.Experience building scalable SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.Ability to work in person from our Bellevue headquarters, and to participate in on-call rotations.Comfort working through ambiguity with urgency, patience, and good humor.A track record of building things on your own time, whether side projects, open-source contributions, or anything that shows you love to build and learn.Knowledge of supply chain systems or logistics is a plus, as is familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), databases (SQL or NoSQL), or real-time streaming platforms (Kafka, Flink).
