Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCCA) Salary: $100,000–$130,000/year (Negotiable based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available Looking for a BCBA role that actually supports you? What Sets Us Apart Manageable caseloads (quality over quantity) Flexible scheduling (work-life balance matters here) Supportive leadership + collaborative clinical team CEU support + ongoing professional development Clear path for growth and advancement Administrative support so you can focus on clinical work What You’ll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models) Provide parent/caregiver training and support Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner What We’re Looking For Active BCBA certification (required) Master’s degree in ABA or related field Experience supervising clinical staff and managing cases Strong communication and leadership skills (Bilingual Spanish is a plus!)
