Laser Operator

Laser Operator Pay Range: $25/hour *based on experience. 1st Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm with overtime as needed. This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time. Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Laser Operator for our client to start as soon as possible at $25/hr *based on experience. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire! Essential Functions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow standardized work procedures. Ability to produce quality parts that meet company/customer specifications Record daily production and scrap in ERP system. Ability to read and comprehend detailed work instructions, blueprints, and/or drawings. Ability to follow daily schedules and meet production goals. Follow industry and company policies, procedures and safety standards at all times. Effectively communicates any issues affecting production to the team lead or supervisor Perform physical activities include lifting, stooping, twisting and bending on a regular basis. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned Perform adjustments on laser as needed. Perform required preventative maintenance. Skills and Qualifications: Have strong math skills, including fractions and decimals Possess mechanical aptitude required for assisting in tool replacements Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Have basic computer skills Have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to differentiate between colors. Be able to sit or stand for long periods of time Be able to lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis. Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. Proficiency with hand tools. Able to communicate well with others. Excellent hand-eye coordination. Great attention to detail. Great Attitude, Energy, Effort, and Attendance Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.
