Our team consists of highly qualified professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, who collaborate closely to provide the highest standard of care.

Work Environment

The work setting is dynamic and vibrant, situated in the heart of Morristown, Tennessee. You will work from our fully equipped outpatient office, which features modern therapeutic tools and an expansive treatment area designed for patient comfort and effective rehabilitation. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a stable schedule that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and establish individualized treatment plans that promote effective recovery from orthopedic ailments.
• Perform manual therapy techniques and utilize evidence-based practices that enhance patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Maintain an efficient caseload by effectively managing one patient per hour to ensure dedicated time for assessment, treatment, and follow-up.
• Utilize EMR Software (WebPT) to document treatment sessions, track patient progress, and facilitate seamless communication with the healthcare team.
• Develop and implement tailored exercise programs that empower patients and encourage active participation in their recovery journey.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment, fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that enhances outcomes.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and overall patient care.
• Provide thorough education and resources to patients regarding their conditions, emphasizing the benefits of non-surgical interventions and lifestyle modifications.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
• Document all services rendered effectively, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• A valid Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong ability to design and implement individualized exercise programs based on patient-specific needs.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
