Opening for an Experienced Primary Care/Urgent Care Mid-level Provider. 

• Part Time that may lead to FT.

Qualification:

• We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join 5 other PAs/NPs to work in our Multi-specialty practice.
• Experience in managing primary care patients is preferred but we will train qualified recent grad.
• Involves managing both Primary Care and occasional Urgent Care patients.
• Must be proficient with managing patients in a fast-paced work setting.
• The ability to communicate effectively, in verbal and written form, is a must.
• Must be able to promptly create accurate encounter notes in our EHR.

Job Type: Primary Care and Urgent Care Practice.

Salary:
