Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our hotel cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming through routine and specialized cleaning tasks. You will work closely with your team to maintain high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and room preparation to maintain hotel standards
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain sanitation in all assigned areas
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks as required
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests
- Report maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate department
- Collaborate effectively with the cleaning team to ensure timely task completion
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of housekeeping experience
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Excellent physical stamina to handle demanding cleaning tasks
- Teamwork and customer service skills
