Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments using telehealth platforms to evaluate clients' strengths, needs, and readiness for change.

  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically designed for individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that encourage healthy coping strategies and foster peer support among clients.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical and addiction specialists, to coordinate integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

  • Advocate for clients by navigating community resources and ensuring they have access to necessary support services, including housing, employment, and continued therapy.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing educational opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals in the process of detoxification from substances, as well as those with co-occurring mental health disorders. This population often faces significant challenges, including stigma, trauma, and barriers to receiving care. Your role will be centered on providing empathetic support and effective treatment strategies that facilitate healing and recovery in a non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications\n

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university, reflecting a strong foundation in clinical practice.

  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

  • At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work settings, with a focus on mental health and substance use disorders.

  • Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clients.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
