Training & Development: Teach team members ServiceMaster’s standards, products, and procedures to maintain excellence. Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections, provide constructive feedback, and ensure tasks are completed to our high standards. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION & INSURANCE!!!!!!!!! What You Bring to the Team: Supervisory Experience: 2-4 years in a leadership role, preferably in the cleaning industry. Communication Skills: English proficiency is required; bilingual candidates are a plus. Work Ethic: A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
