Job Description
We are seeking experienced Registered Dental Hygienist for a well established private dental practice in Alpharetta, Georgia.
The practice is looking for an experienced, dependable hygienist who provides excellent patient care, communicates well with patients, and can step into an established hygiene schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
- Complete periodontal charting and assessments
- Perform scaling and root planing as appropriate
- Take digital radiographs
- Review medical and dental histories
- Educate patients on oral health and home-care recommendations
- Document clinical findings and treatment accurately
- Communicate treatment needs with the dentist and clinical team
- Maintain infection-control and OSHA standards
- Help create a comfortable, positive experience for patients
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Previous dental hygiene experience preferred
- Strong periodontal and clinical skills
- Comfortable working with digital dental technology
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
