National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections throughout Carroll County and the Villa Rica area.

This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started.

What You'll Do

• Drive to assigned residential properties in your local area.
• Take exterior photos using your smartphone.
• Determine whether properties appear occupied or vacant.
• Answer simple questions about the condition of the property.
• Submit completed inspections through a mobile app.
