Starting Rate of $26

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following.

• To assist in providing physical therapy for individuals evaluated by the physical therapist and in conjunction with PT treatment plan.

• Follow the treatment plan established by the PT.

• Work in conjunction with the individual's physician and therapist in course of treatment.

• Educate/train ancillary staff members.

• Complete any forms for participation in insurance including but not limited to Medicare and New York State Medicaid.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Physical therapy assistant with appropriate NYS license/eligibility.
