Clinical Coder - Clinic

Full Time Position. The Clinic Coder audits all patient claims/accounts to ensure procedures and charges are coded properly and corrects all billing errors. The Clinic Coder is responsible for filing claims to all insurance companies, workers' compensation carriers, etc. and ensuring authorizations are attached. The position provides excellent customer services and communication skills to patients and staff members. The Clinic Coder possess advanced knowledge and independent judgement in fulfilling the job responsibilities. The Clinic Coder is able to easily adapt to change and has the desire to continuously learn. This position also requires registration coverage. Medical office experience preferred.
