Details Hospital-based setting covering In-Patient Rehab, SNU, and Acute Care units Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Weekend rotation includes 2 weekend requirements per schedule, either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday Will float to acute care as needed Cerner EMR experience required Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience required Experience in In-Patient Rehab, SNU, and Acute Care settings required AZ state license required if applicable BLS certification required Cerner EMR experience required Additional Information Responsibilities include examining patients, developing treatment plans, and using techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability May also develop fitness and wellness programs to help prevent loss of mobility Candidates must not have gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months RTO requests must be less than 1 week Does not accept local candidates within a 50-mile radius of the facility American Traveler Job ID P-731364.
