Our agency opened in June 2025 and is a growing team of three, with exciting plans to expand. Before becoming an agent, I spent six years as a team member in another State Farm agency, learning the business and building a strong foundation in customer service and sales. Our environment is fast-paced, high-energy, and focused on growth. Were building something from the ground up and looking for the right people to grow with us. For our team, we offer health insurance after 90 days, a retirement plan after 180 days, life insurance, short-term disability, and clear growth opportunities - including the potential path to owning your own agency. Our mission is to deliver reliable, comprehensive insurance solutions while creating a supportive, growth-oriented workplace. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Hopkins - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
