Production Scheduler

We're partnering with a well-established manufacturer seeking a Production Scheduler to play a key role in daily operations. This is a hands-on scheduling role where your planning decisions directly impact production, customer delivery, and overall plant performance.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity
• Release and manage production orders within an ERP/MRP system
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Customer Service to keep production on track
• Adjust schedules to address material shortages, production changes, and customer priorities
• Monitor on-time delivery performance and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of production scheduling or production planning experience
• Manufacturing experience required
• Experience balancing production schedules with available capacity
• ERP/MRP experience required; SAP is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
