OSP Supervisor

Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% Travel)

Project: Long Haul Fiber | Minneapolis to Chicago

CableSouth Construction is seeking a driven OSP Underground Supervisor to lead crews on a large-scale long haul fiber deployment. This is an excellent opportunity for a field leader who thrives in high-production environments and is ready to travel.

Responsibilities:

Supervise underground fiber construction crews.
Manage daily production, safety, quality, and scheduling.
Coordinate directional drilling, trenching, plowing, conduit, and fiber installation.
Work closely with Project Managers and subcontractors.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and exceed production goals.

Requirements:

5+ years of underground fiber construction experience
Long haul fiber experience
Previous underground crew management/supervisory experience REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of directional boring, trenching, conduit, and OSP construction.
Ability to read construction prints and manage multiple crews.
Valid driver's license.
