Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Kansas

Location: Topeka, Kansas

Schedule: Wednesday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 13-week assignment. On-call requirements include up to two 7 PM – 11 PM shifts per month, two 7 PM – 7 AM shifts per month, and two 7 AM – 7 AM weekend calls per month. Holiday call includes one working shift and one call shift annually, typically 8 hours each. Overtime begins at 48 hours if scheduled.

Requirements:

• Active Kansas RN license required prior to start date
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Multiple years of Operating Room experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience mandatory – must be a seasoned traveler
• Demonstrated confidence and competence in emergency neurosurgery procedures
• Ability to function independently in high-acuity surgical situations
