Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP or SLPA licensure in the state (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience delivering speech and language services in a school setting (K-8 preferred)
• Strong understanding of IEP development, therapy implementation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability and willingness to work across more than one site and provide services remotely if needed
• Flexibility to adapt in dynamic, supportive school environments (military base experience a plus)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide speech and language therapy to K-8 students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, families, and other professionals
• Support students with a variety of communication challenges, helping them reach their academic and social potential
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a team-oriented approach to student success
• May include travel to multiple schools/sites or delivery of services via teletherapy platforms
