Senior Marketing Data Analyst

To build a measurement foundation that drives pipeline and revenue, the full-time Senior Marketing Data Analyst will manage marketing measurement strategies, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end marketing measurement strategy, including experimentation and attribution for paid and PLG channels Design and run incrementality tests to quantify the impact of key marketing channels and campaigns Build and maintain media mix models to estimate channel contributions and optimize budget allocation Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or a related role, focusing on performance marketing and PLG growth Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (Python or R) Hands-on experience with designing and interpreting experiments across digital marketing channels Strong understanding of marketing attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling Ability to communicate complex causal analysis to non-technical stakeholders effectively
