Your Job
Labor Finders has multiple openings for Cabinet Makers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around Jacksonville areas. We are in search of candidates with experience working with any of the following skills: measuring and cutting wood and solid-surface materials; laminating and gluing; assembling and building custom millwork; and delivering and installing finished cabinetry. - Measure and cut materials such as plywood, Corian, and laminate - Laminate, glue, and assemble custom millwork and cabinetry - Operate power tools including table saws, miter saws, belt sanders, routers, drills, and staple guns - Use hand tools such as tape measures, files, and squares to ensure accuracy and quality - Deliver and install custom cabinetry and millwork on-site - Work as part of a team, assisting in all phases of production and installation

Your Day
Start times vary between 5am and 7am; shifts are typically 8 hours, some lasting as long as 10 hours. Jobsites may vary by specific location day to day but will be located in and around Jacksonville. Work location is indoors and new installs, where AC may not be located. Transportation is required to and from the sites, as well as good communication to the office for job assignments. Work is short term to start, ongoing for those with consistent attendance and outstanding performance. Pay is based on experience, job, attendance, and performance feedback.

Your Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience required - Previous experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork preferred - Ability to read tape measures and perform precise measurements and cuts - Knowledge and safe operation of power tools and hand tools - Willingness to learn, take direction, and assist in multiple areas of production - Dependable attendance and punctuality
