What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized care to neuro ICU patients, including those requiring intracranial pressure monitoring and ventilator support
• Manage telemetry and IV starts, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient status using EHR systems (Epic preferred)
• Respond to patient emergencies and adjust care accordingly
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed

What You Need:

• Ohio RN license or compact license eligible
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience specializing in Neuro ICU
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA certifications only)
• Skills: IV insertion, telemetry monitoring, ventilator management, intracranial pressure monitoring
• Prior travel experience preferred but not required
