Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future?ResponsibilitiesImplements new analytical techniques to move beyond traditional energy delivery system planning problems, developing and implementing processes that support and improve the execution of construction, maintenance, and inspection activities.Participates in the design and analysis of new programs to improve the company's reliability.Diagnoses and resolves engineering complaints to improve customer satisfaction and circuit reliability. Ensures compliance with all safety, training and auditable guidelines, policies, practices, organization standards and government regulations.Oversees in-depth analysis, developing recommendations that support the organization and addressing technical concerns.Enables proper execution of risk management requirements related to pursuits including review of contracts, fees, and proposals in conformance with risk review requirements.Plans, directs and coordinates activities to prevent energy service interruptions and minimize the impact and restoration time of service interruptions.Participates in process design and modification for continuous business improvement, creating data collection frameworks for structured and unstructured data.Oversees project/program budgets and drives accountability.A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.Minimum QualificationsTen years of experience in energy delivery/distributionPossess a valid Class C Driver's LicensePreferred QualificationsTen or more years of Utility Industry Transmission and Distribution Operations or program management experience.Experience with Grid, District and/or regional scheduling processes and notification dispositioning in alignment with E1 policy and GO95 requirementsExperience and knowledge of notification lifecycle (IPSEC) Including but not limited to: Understanding the differences between P1/P2/P3 and required end dates for each (e.g., HFEX, HFIA, non-HFRA)Experience in Data Analytics, with a strong background in managing, validating large or complex datasets, and deriving insights to identify opportunities for improved performance.Experience with PowerBI, SAP, DM, DCPT, GTT, DCRT, ClickSchedule, WorkIt, FMP360Experience preparing and presenting weekly and monthly status reports on compliance performance to a broad audience incl operations personnel and senior executives.Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP, Oracle, etc.), or with analytical tools such as SAS or SAS Visual Analytics (VA), BI DashboardAdditional InformationThis position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
