Quality Manager

Location: East Troy (Town), WI Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually Description Judge Direct Placement is working with a growing co-packer specializing in the manufacturing of niche, small-brand dressings, dips, and sauces. They are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager or an experienced Quality Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative food manufacturing organization where quality and food safety are core to the business. Position Overview The Quality Manager will oversee all food safety and quality assurance activities for a facility operating two production shifts with approximately 40 employees. This role will primarily support first-shift operations and work closely with production leadership to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and food safety standards. Schedule 1st Shift Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Responsibilities Manage and maintain the facility's Food Safety and Quality Management System Lead quality assurance and food safety programs across the plant Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and third-party audit requirements Prepare for and support external audits and inspections Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions Partner with production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives Oversee product quality, documentation, and recordkeeping Train and coach employees on food safety and quality programs Qualifications Experience in food manufacturing quality assurance or food safety leadership Quality Manager experience preferred, but experienced Quality Supervisors are encouraged to apply BRC Certification experience strongly preferred SQF experience will also be considered PCQI certification preferred Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, food safety regulations, and audit readiness Strong leadership and communication skills Degree not required What We're Looking For We're seeking a hands-on quality professional who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and can help maintain the highest standards while supporting the continued growth of innovative niche food brands. #JDP By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
