Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapy license for the state or eligibility for licensure
• Experience providing OT services in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of evidence-based strategies for sensory, fine/gross motor, and self-regulation interventions

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will:

• Assess and evaluate students to determine OT needs within the educational environment
• Create, execute, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation and engagement
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide direct therapy as well as consultative services and staff training
• Adapt activities and environments to foster student independence and learning
