You are a collaborative leader with a proven track record of engineering excellence and people Basic Qualifications • Team Lead Experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or similar engineering disciplines.
• Design experience with Harness, Wiring, or Cable design/schematics.
• Experience with design tools such as JEDI or Capital Logic.
• Must be a US Citizen with active secret security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Desired skills • Management Experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working F-35 or similar programs, development through sustainment.
