We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students in a school-based setting in San Bernardino, California. This role involves working closely with teachers and support staff to assist students in achieving academic, behavioral, and developmental goals in a structured classroom environment.

Position Details:

Location: San Bernardino, CA
Schedule: 32 hours per week
Pay Rate: $26/hour
Setting: Onsite only
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support to teachers and students
Assist with instructional activities in individual and small group settings
Support implementation of IEP goals and classroom behavior plans
Help manage classroom structure and student engagement
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to supervising staff
Support students with academic tasks, transitions, and daily routines
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure student success

Qualifications:

Experience working with children in a school or special education setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructional and behavioral support plans
