Veterinarian Criticalist

About the Position BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a full‑time Critical Care Veterinarian to work at our state‑of‑the‑art emergency and specialty hospital in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. As part of our critical care team, you will manage in‑house cases, admit ER cases, and support our board‑certified specialists in Critical Care and Internal Medicine. You will work a rotating schedule of swing shifts, overnights, and weekends in a 24‑hour emergency service environment, collaborating with highly experienced nurses and support staff in a culture of teamwork and continuous learning. Responsibilities Manage in‑house critical care cases. Admit and stabilize emergency cases from the community. Collaborate with board‑certified specialists in Critical Care and Internal Medicine. Participate in teaching and mentorship by serving as a teacher to residents and technicians. Maintain high standards of patient care in a team‑based environment.
