The role demands a professional with extensive experience in loan administration or operations, a strong understanding of complex loan lifecycle events, and a proven track record in enhancing processes, managing third-party providers, and ensuring operational scalability. Applicants for the VP, Loan Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in loan operations, investment operations, or loan administration within a financial services environment. A bachelor's degree is required, with advanced credentials such as an MBA, CFA, or CPA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of private credit and broadly syndicated loan products, experience in operational oversight throughout the loan lifecycle, and a strong familiarity with loan servicing structures and administration systems.
