Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Representative. We seek an energetic sales professional interested in helping our business grow. Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and bring in new business 
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

• Salary plus commission/bonus - unlimited earning potential with Base Pay & Commission combined: 
  • $45,000 if you are average
  • $60,000 if you are good
  • $85,000 if you are great & our next superstar

Requirements & Preferences:

• Professional Sales experience preferred (but not required)
• Dedicated to customer service with good work ethic & integrity 
• Able to obtain: Property and Casualty license + Life and Health license 
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
