We are looking for a General Manager for our 1020 West St, Grinnell, IA location.
In addition to an upbeat culture and progressive pay, we pride ourselves on the benefits we offer – medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, retirement, short- term and long-term disability, vacation, free uniforms and meals. . . But one of the benefits we really take pride in are the days we are closed or close early to allow our employees to spend time with their families. We close on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas and close early on July 4th and on New Year's Eve. Staying in tune with our family values, our General Managers generally work no more than 45 hours a week.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily operations of restaurant
- Managing all areas in front and back of house
- Hiring, training, retaining, and developing Team Members to take on advanced roles
- Holding Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards
- Ensuring food quality
- Managing food and labor cost budgets
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant, inside and out
- Ensuring your team provides a great Customer experience

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Requirements High School diploma or GED.
- QSR experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and build a great team.
- Must be reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
