Position Overview: We are seeking experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Professional Cleaners to join our team as independent contractors. As a cleaner with Maid Up Now, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our clients' homes and ensuring they are left sparkling and in pristine condition. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to reliability. You will play an important role in ensuring that our clients are consistently satisfied with the services provided. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and other related duties.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail in every home.
• Follow cleaning schedules and client specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the Maid Up Now team, ensuring expectations are understood and met.
• Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time for scheduled appointments and completing jobs within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and in good working condition.
• Work independently and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience (residential cleaning preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both with clients and within the team.
• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, cleaning solutions, etc.).
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Must obtain general liability insurance (company will reimburse the cost for the first month).
• Reliable transportation to travel to various homes within Sarasota County, Florida.
• A proven track record of reliability, with the ability to meet deadlines and keep commitments.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate of $20 - $28 per hour, based on experience.
• Bonus pay and performance-based bonuses available.
