Business Analyst Associate

Salary: $54,000 - 81,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data manipulation, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and concatenating cells.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including analyzing reports, identifying problems and root causes of variances, and recommending corrective actions.
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP, customer service, and analyzing large datasets using advanced tools such as Power Query.
• Preferred: Ability to use AI tools such as Copilot to automate tasks or improve productivity.

• Research, analyze, report on, and optimize the divisions vendor chargebacks.
• Work with vendors, sales representatives, group purchasing organizations, and other stakeholders to identify issues, determine financial responsibility, resolve chargeback disputes, and update the chargebacks system when appropriate.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and recommend best practices to the business and vendor partners.
• Lead vendor sessions to gather business requirements and maintain strong distributor-vendor partnerships.
• Investigate matters that may affect chargebacks, including customer identification, contracted-customer eligibility lists, contracted-item pricing, and acquisition costs.
• Collaborate across functions to identify improvements that reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Manage workload independently, work effectively under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
