Complete Care – Hamilton Plaza + Chestnut Hill | Passaic, NJ

Salary: Up to $90,000/year
Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift
Interview: Onsite at the facility

REGISTERED DIETITIAN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Registered Dietitian license required

• 2+ years of professional dietitian experience in long-term care with some administrative responsibility; OR

• 1+ year of experience as a consulting Registered Dietitian for one or more long-term care facilities
  

REGISTERED DIETITIAN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop preliminary and comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents

• Develop individualized dietary plans of care

• Partner with residents and families in developing and reviewing care plans

• Ensure dietary staff are aware of and follow resident care plans

• Identify special dietary equipment and nutritional needs

• Review resident charts and provide recommendations for appropriate medical nutrition therapy

IMPORTANT: This position will report to and support both Complete Care locations in Passaic, NJ: Hamilton Plaza and Chestnut Hill.
