Entry Level/Lead Technician

Description Our customer, discussed a large-scale data center project requiring significant numbers of skilled technicians. The conversation focused on resource needs, skill sets, safety protocols, and a "working interview" hiring process, with Vision Technologies emphasizing the need for proactive, team-oriented individuals.
