We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and provide high-quality care to our residents. About the Role: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in our clinic, providing total care for our residents. You will monitor their condition and needs, administer medications and treatments, oversee the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff, and complete documentation. You will also report any changes in the condition of residents and maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements. Responsibilities: Monitor and care for patients, including administering medications and treatments Oversee nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff to ensure resident care plans are followed Complete documentation and admit and discharge residents Report any changes in patient condition and maintain confidentiality Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues Requirements: LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing Current CPR certification Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations Desire to work with the elderly Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred but not required Benefits: Competitive salary of $27 to $29.70 per hour Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, a flexible spending account (FSA), a 401(k) plan, paid time off (PTO), life insurance, continuing education unit (CEU) reimbursement, and daily pay options Work Schedule: Full-time nursing position works 12-hour shifts, 6 am to 6 pm with rotating weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
