Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As an occupational therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. You are a healer and a helper, addressing the whole patient as an individual. Your goal is to design a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances physical abilities and independence. You're adaptable to patient needs and find joy in the variety of settings. You're a teammate who collaborates with peers, and you may make referrals to help patients thrive. You teach patients and caregivers the skills they need to promote independence and productivity. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you! Qualifications They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice. Compensation Posted salary range: USD $42.00 - $50.00 per hour.
