Jr. E-Commerce Assistant (Part-Time)

Basics Type: Entry Level Schedule: Part-Time (15-25 hours / week). Education: Any Work Experience: Any Location: Cody, Wyoming Motu Novu seeks a Junior E-Commerce Assistant, either with or without prior relevant experience, to help the firm’s clients in developing, managing, and scaling consumer physical goods e-commerce stores. This position is flex-time, but can lead to full-time depending on interest and performance. What You Do Assist in the planning, development, and deployment of new physical goods e-commerce stores. Research markets, products, consumer behavior, and competitors. Perform operational marketing tasks, including but not limited to traditional SEO, AI optimization, SEM, permission marketing, content marketing, and promotions. Develop and copy-write textual content for e-commerce websites and for marketing. Assist in product principal product photography and in post-processing. Provide pre- and post-sale customer support via email, ticket, chat, and telephone. Fulfill (pick, pack, ship) customer orders directly and/or by coordinating 3PL services. Assist in catalog development, purchasing, and inventory management. What You Need Demonstrated interest in e-commerce, marketing, and/or fulfillment operations. Demonstrated willingness to study, learn, and carry out tasks in a dependable manner. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to (occasionally) safely lift weights up to 50 lbs. Optionally, familiarity with the GNU/Linux operating system (any distro.) Optionally, working knowledge of Shopify, MailChimp, Stamps.com, and/or other related tools. Successful completion of background check and drug screening. What You Get Base Compensation: $20-25/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
