Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical RN – Tennessee

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday rotation required. Self-scheduling available. Block scheduling not guaranteed. Floating between designated medical-surgical units as needed.

Highlights:

• 30-bed medical-surgical unit with 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Comprehensive support staff including 2-3 techs per shift, charge nurse, clinical coordinator, manager, and director
• Editech documentation system with advanced equipment including wound vacs, heparin drips, IV pumps, telemetry, feeding pumps, bladder scanners, and glucometers

• Multiple positions available for qualified candidates

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency in IV starts, NGT placement, wound care, and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Experience with lab draws, IV starts, and medical-surgical patient populations
• Advanced cardiac rhythm interpretation skills preferred
• Dress code: Navy scrubs required
