Regional Technology Lead

Responsibilities
- Oversee technology infrastructure and systems across regional Aramark sites
- Partner with operations leaders to align technology solutions with business needs
- Lead implementation, upgrades, and integrations of POS and facility systems
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate onsite service and support
- Ensure compliance with security, safety, and data protection standards
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause resolution
- Develop regional technology roadmaps and continuous improvement plans
- Provide training, documentation, and support to onsite managers and staff
- Track KPIs, report on system health, and recommend optimizations
- Support budgeting, asset management, and lifecycle planning for technology
