BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
LOCATION: Irving, TX (Hybrid After Training)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18/hour
• Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:45PM & 8:00AM–4:45PM
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:015AM–7:00PM; every 3rd Saturday, 8:00AM–2:00PM with guaranteed overtime
ROLE IMPACT: The Bilingual Customer Service Advisor supports customers by answering inbound calls about coverage and eligibility while delivering professional, empathetic service in English and Spanish. Success in this role means providing accurate information, building customer rapport, meeting call-handling goals, and identifying qualified lead opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls while following established procedures and service guidelines.
• Listen to customer questions and concerns, provide accurate information, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
• Identify potential sales and lead-generation opportunities and route qualified leads to the sales team.
• Meet established call-handling and lead-generation metrics.
• Make outbound calls to develop potential leads.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service call center experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
