Overview School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) | up to $55 per hour | Part Time or Full Time | Greater St. Louis Area, MO | 2026-2027 School Year Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in St. Louis, Missouri. Job Highlights Competitive pay (up to $55/hr) Location: Greater St. Louis Area, MO Position: Physical Therapist (PT) – School Setting Setting: In-person, K–12 public school environment August 2026 – June 2027 Responsibilities Provide school-based PT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation Conduct evaluations and write reports Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Maintain timely documentation and progress notes Qualifications Must hold (or be eligible for) Missouri PT license Must hold (or be willing to obtain) MoPro License Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Healthcare Benefits* 401(k) with company matching W-2 employment with general and professional liability insurance Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and other professional expenses Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate between school sites No non-compete clauses Paid time off for volunteer work and donation matching* (*Benefits apply to 0.8 FTE and above, following a short waiting period) Why Join Ampersand Therapy?
