Responsibilities Lead the experience: manage all aspects within the restaurant, including profit, food production, scheduling, guest experience, and direct crew and manager responsibilities. Plan for success: proactively lead and manage all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, coaching, and motivating. Be in the know: plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budgets, and food ordering/costs. Take action first: ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence. Inspire and empower: maintain a high level of standard for guest and employee safety. Be results oriented: oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence.
