Fico Blaze Java Developer

Overview: Overview We are seeking an experienced FICO Blaze Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS (ECS, Lambda) . The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the FICO Blaze Rules Engine , along with hands-on experience in building, testing, and deploying scalable applications in a cloud environment. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using FICO Blaze Rules Engine, Java, and Spring Boot
- Develop and implement microservices-based architectures in an AWS environment
- Work with AWS services such as ECS and Lambda for application deployment
- Handle ADB files , execute rule simulations for business scenarios, and support rule testing
- Perform production deployments and manage release cycles
- Contribute as an individual contributor with minimal supervision
- Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery
- Apply AI/automation practices in development and testing processes (where applicable)
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
- Ensure high-quality code through technical analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on development experience
- Strong expertise in FICO Blaze Rules Engine and related processes
- Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, Lambda)
- Experience handling ADB files and rule simulations
- Strong experience in application development, testing, and deployment cycles
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience working in Agile methodologies
- Exposure to AI-driven automation in development/testing
- Experience optimizing rule engine performance and execution
- Knowledge of cloud-native application design patterns
