Steel Fabrication & Erection Crew Leader
Ridgeline Custom Services LLC is looking for an experienced Steel Fabrication & Erection Crew Leader to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and leads by example.
Responsibilities
● Lead and work alongside a steel fabrication and erection crew.
● Perform weld-up and bolt-up steel construction.
● Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management.
● Identify job-site challenges and implement practical solutions.
● Maintain productivity while ensuring quality workmanship.
● Take initiative and keep projects moving efficiently.
● Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
● Follow company safety policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
● Experience in steel fabrication and structural steel erection.
● Proficiency in weld-up and bolt-up construction.
● Strong leadership and communication skills.
● Dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work.
● Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions in the field.
● Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
● Ability to work effectively as a hands-on member of the team.
