About BODYBAR Pilates
We’re BODYBAR Pilates—a rapidly growing fitness franchise that’s all about powerful, fun, and energizing Pilates workouts. Our signature BODYBAR method blends strength, form, and major good vibes. Who We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for a Sales Associate who’s outgoing, ambitious, and ready to help us build an amazing studio community. You’ll play a big role in growing our member base, hyping up the BODYBAR brand, and making sure every member leaves feeling awesome. This is a part-time role with flexible hours , perfect for students or anyone balancing multiple gigs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turn leads into loyal members—follow up, build connections, and close the deal



• Chat with members, get to know their goals, and make them feel welcome



• Hit daily goals (like class bookings and sales)—and get rewarded when you do



• Represent BODYBAR at local events and spread the word



• Stay organized and keep member info up to date



• Help create an unforgettable studio experience—from greeting people to hyping up post-class vibes

What You Bring to the Team

• You’re driven, goal-focused, and love helping people



• Friendly and confident communicator—in person, on the phone, and online



• Passionate about fitness and wellness (bonus if you already love Pilates!)



• Reliable, professional, and show up on time



• Comfortable using computers and studio software



• High school diploma or equivalent (college experience is a plus)

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
