• Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60

What You'll Do:

• Provide patient care for diverse populations across various units as needed
• Assist with patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Document clinical interventions accurately and timely
• Support patient and family education and discharge planning
• Participate in unit workflows, including delegating and coordinating tasks
• Maintain safety and comply with hospital policies and procedures

What You Need:

• Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
• BLS, ACLS certifications from AHA required; additional certifications based on units where floated preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant RN experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure environments
